The meeting of the farmers with the Hon’ble Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and President ICAR Shri Narendra Singh Tomar was failed as no final decision was taken in the meeting.
The farmers were asking either yes or no from the Modi government and the agriculture minister and they were unable to reach any final decision.
The next meeting is to be held on 9th December 2020 between the farmer’s union and the agriculture and farmer Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar.
The Agriculture minister Narendra singh tomar said that the meeting was done in a very peaceful environment.He further added that the Modi government is constantly working for the betterment of the farmers.
Agriculture minister Tomar said that MSP will remain and it will not be demolished.
However, the farmers were not happy with the Government’s attitude. The Government is just wasting the time of the farmer union. They are just killing the time.
The farmer union have called for a nation wide lockdown on 8th of December.
The Government has appealed the farmer union to end the Stir.
