Amid speculation about board exams, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has clarified on Tuesday that the upcoming board exams of CBSE will now be held only after February, including practical ones.
He also said that when these exams will be held after February, a decision will be taken in the coming days after deliberations.
If needed, it will be discussed again with teachers and students.
During this, he said on the question related to advancing the board exams, that the practical exams of the tenth and twelfth board of CBSE were held from January 1 to 15 every year, while written examinations also started from February 15.
But this time due to Corona, the way school education has been affected, the upcoming board exams are not possible till February.
This will give students more time for preparation. He asked the teachers to better prepare for examinations.
Online exams not possible
Teachers from the Union Minister also shared the problems of online studies during this period. Also questioned that when studies can be done online, why not examinations.
On this, the Union Minister said that his ministry is working with full strength to overcome the problems of online education and make it available to all the students.
Now the matter of online examinations is not possible.

At the same time, after this announcement by Union Minister Nishank, it has become clear that the upcoming board exams of CBSE can now be held in March-April. It is more probable that written examinations are held in April-May.Students will be taught from school level .
Union Minister Nishank said in a discussion with teachers that India will be the first country in the world, where AI will now be educated from school level itself.
So there is time for the upcoming exams of class tenth and class twelve CBSE students.
